Dear LOHS friends and classmates – so far from my sight, yet so close to my memories!  I’ve spent the better part of my adult life living outside the United States, first travelling and working in Latin America (Brazil and other points) and for the past 28 years in Paris, France, where I’ve worked at the OECD – an intergovernmental think tank – on projects designed to help improve the lives and aspirations of the billions of people living in extreme poverty in the developing world.  Thanks to the support of my beloved mother-in-law Lali and France's enlightened social values and policies, I have been able to combine a continuously challenging and deeply satisfying international career with motherhood.  I have three wonderful daughters whom I’ve raised to be strong, independent, and purposive women -- and they are all well on the way to being just that:  Kathryn is finishing a master’s degree in business in France, Amalie is studying to be a teacher in the UK, and Raundi Jr. will soon begin doctoral studies in chemistry in the US.  I’ve had such a wonderful life so far -- I’ve been so fortunate!  I look forward to seeing all of you at the reunion!

Got married to the love of my life Julie, our junior year at OSU.  Imagine putting up with me for 42 years - wow.  Have two sons, Riley (34) who is running the family company and Carson (29) who is playing bass in a touring rock band - Brothers Gow.  Moved from L.O. in 2004 to Tucson and love the desert lifestyle.  After all those years at Wizers in high school stayed in the food business working for a major northwest protein distributor and then a manufacturers rep for some lunchmeat compaines calling on corporate grocery chains.  Was approached by Albertsons in 1992 to produce a product they wanted to sell in their stores for the holidays - cinnamon  scented pinecones.  Other chains picked up on it and this year we will sell over 10 million cones  to about 2400 grocery stores in 39 states.  Have a warehouse in Bend and spend the summers up there watching my son work - very cool.  Hope to see ya all in August. I've been a public school music teacher for over 38 years. I am retired.  I most recently taught in St. Helens, OR. I also taught in Banks, Reedville (Hillsboro) and Winston, OR.  I have 4 sons, and 7 grandchildren, and have been married 42 years.  I played and coached basketball for many years.  I made my own music CD. I'm currently trying to learn the game of golf, and successfully getting better. The most profound thing to happen to me occurred just after high school when I came into a relationship with Christ.  Because of that, I have had a life full of blessing on many levels.  No complaints  here! Hi classmates,
I'm celebrating my 45th wedding anniversary this year which is amazing considering I got married a few months after graduation. My 18 year old grandson will be graduating this year and his 16 year old brother will be a junior next year.  I have a 3 year old granddaughter and a year old grandson. Needless to say, my grandkids keep me hopping. I retired from the Troutdale Police Department after 20 years of service.  No, of course I wasn't a cop, but I was one of the support staff for all those years.
I now hang out with my "old man" and dabble with my art supplies and do some fun cooking and baking. I am also going out on our boat to do some crabbing and fishing. Basically I am finally kicking back and enjoying life.

Self-Employed Married 2
Hi All,    Can't make the reunion but hope you all have a fine time.... I've already enjoyed looking at your profiles...    After high school I majored in French at PSU... Then left Portland to go to grad school at UC Berkeley, back in what seems like another life time.   Married, 2 young adult boys, a killer toy poodle.    My career has mostly been in the financial sector ranging from working for the phone company on one end of the size spectrum to being involved in venture-backed start ups at the other end of things....definitely prefer the craziness of the latter.....   Have always enjoyed the outdoors....some of you may remember that I was an avid skier in high school, and traveling when ever possible..... these days I do a lot of yoga and dog walks....    Feel free to contact me to catch up on a lot of time gone by...........
